Our Rates
Our standard rate is $125/hour for business IT support. But our main goal is to save you that cost that you lose in “downtime” when you can’t utilize your computer to the fullest extent. We will provide you with a skilled technician that will bring the tools required to quickly solve your issue. Diagnosis is the first step, and then we will explain to you the problem and give you a breakdown of the solution. This is our signature as we always want to keep you in the loop as to what is happening and why. That way any mystery around what we do will be made clear to you and communicated to your level of knowledge….not ours!
