Our Residential Computer Service Rates
For residential services our rates are $85/hour. If you are a first time customer ask about your one-time discount. If it takes us more than an hour to fix your problem, we bill by the quarter hour, therefore, you only pay for the time you use.
The technician who comes to your residence will help you understand the issues at hand, so that you don’t have to guess if you are getting value for your money. Most times we will do everything we can to give you options so issues don’t arise again.
